TRUSTEE MINISTRY

The Trustee Ministry is a vital part of our church’s secular operation. The trustees are committed to using their talents and expertise to the glory of God while serving in their role as trustees. Working with the Pastor, The Financial Executive Committee, the Trustee Ministry has the general responsibility for the custody, maintenance, operation, and intelligent use of all the temporaries, including real and personal property, and revenues belonging to the church. Lighthouse Baptist Church is a 501(c)3 corporation and its legal name is Lighthouse Baptist Church of Waldorf, Maryland. The church operates in accordance with its constitution and by-laws and is subject to the laws of the State of Maryland. The Trustee Ministry manages the finances and property of the church with a spiritual sensitivity and ensures that the church is in compliant with all legal requirements.
